Registration Agreement<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Acceptance of Terms<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">By registering for AMS 2024, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand all policies related to the Symposium.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Accuracy of Information<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process. Any changes to your registration details should be promptly communicated to the Symposium Office.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Liability Waiver<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">By attending the Symposium, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk. AMS 2024 and its organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>2. Registration Process<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>How to Register<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Registration for AMS 2024 can be completed online through our official registration portal or by submitting a completed registration form to the Symposium Office. Please ensure all required fields are filled out accurately.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Confirmation of Registration<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Registration will be confirmed only after receipt and processing of the completed registration form and payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your registration is finalized.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Early and Late Registration<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Registrants are encouraged to register early to take advantage of reduced fees. Registration received after the early registration deadline will incur the standard or late registration fees as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>3. Payment Methods<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Accepted Payment Methods<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Payments for registration can be made using major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or through bank\/wire transfers. Please retain this confirmation as proof of payment. Visa Procedures<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">We are not responsible for visa procedures, which fall under the jurisdiction of the Indian Government Policies. We will issue <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>invitations to those who have registered<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">, but we are not responsible for attendees\u2019 travel arrangements or visas. Travel allowances and travel insurance are not included in the registration fee. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>5. Attendees are responsible for arranging and covering their own lodging expenses. We are not liable for any personal losses or damages. Committee Decisions<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">The AMS 2024 Committee&#8217;s decisions are final, and rules and regulations may be subject to change.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>B.\u00a0Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Cancellation Deadlines<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Notification of cancellation must be received by October 1, 2024, to be eligible for a non-refundable cancellation. Cancellations received after this date will not be accepted. This includes any special meetings or exclusive sessions that may be part of the Symposium.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Professional Conduct<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Attendees are expected to maintain a professional demeanor throughout the Symposium.
