• About 150 words abstracts may be submitted by February 28, 2022 March 31, 2022 (Extended)
• The manuscripts may be submitted before May 31, 2022 June 15, 2022 (Extended), and these will be published in: Materials Today ( Elsevier) proceedings.
• The manuscripts should be limited between 4 and 8 pages. These could be submitted in MsWord (.doc or docx files) or in LaTeX or in PDF for which templates are provided.
• Revised and expanded versions of the manuscripts will be considered for publication in special issues of reputed international journals such as International Journal of Impact Engineering, Thin-Walled Structures and some other reputed international journals and Materials Today ( Elsevier) proceedings, after their review process.

Accommodation

• How to Reach Us: IIT Madras is located approximately 13 km from Chennai Meenambakkam International and Domestic Airport. It takes 30 minutes travel by car. Airport taxis are available for a comfortable journey. Sub urban railway stations (Tirusulam) and Metro railway station is also available from Airport to Guindy. From where city bus is available to IIT-M. Chennai interstate/intercity bus terminus is called Chennai Mofussil Bus Terminus, commonly known as CMBT (Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. M.G.R. Bus Terminus). From CMBT, you can come to institute by taking city bus. If you are reaching Chennai at Chennai Central Railway Station (Dr. M.G.Ramachandran Central Railway station)/ Chennai Egmore then you can reach IIT M camps by taxi or city bus
• Limited accommodation on shared basis (on payment) will be made available in Taramani Guest House, IIT Madras. The participants can check-in one day before the conference begins. Due to prior commitments, the participants are requested to vacate the rooms on the end of the conference day evening.
• IIT madras is located at the centre of the metropolitan city and surrounded leading hotels.
