Dataset

We constructed the dataset with known 3D structural information from MPAD database and used it for prediction of membrane protein complex binding affinity. A total of 114 complexes were used of the development of the prediction model. The complete data set with details on PDB ID, Type of pass, functional class and experimental binding affinity (ΔG) is provided.
