The predict page can be accessed from the side-bar, as shown below:

Input Instructions:

★ The input page has option to either enter the PDB ID of the complex or user can upload their file in PDB format.

★ User should enter the chain ID of both the proteins in the respective input box.

★ User should select one of the Membrane protein class for the prediction.

★ User should select one of the functional class provided in the dropdown for the prediction, if the membrane protein class is “Single pass”.
