PRA-MutPredProtein-RNA complex Binding Affinity change Prediction |
Dataset
We constructed the dataset with known 3D structural information from ProNAB database and it used for prediction of protien-RNA complexes binding affinity changes upon mutation. Total of 710 mutations from 134 complexes were used of the development of the prediction model. The complete data set with details on PDB ID, mutation, Experimental binding affinity changes (ΔΔG) is provided.
