This portal is for creating Email id's(including LDAP)for newly joined faculty and staff for accessing below services

Eligible people are as follows

• Permanent Faculty
• Permanent Staff

Mailbox Size is 30GB for Faculty and 5GB for Staff

Validity of Email id

• Faculty
• Professor,Associate Professor,Assistant Professor:65 years from the year of birth
• Professor of Practice,Inspire,Visiting Faculty:1 year from the Date of creation

• Staff:60 years from the year of birth
• Backup taken on the day of retirement and email id will be disabled
