In this work, we have developed webserver DeepPPAPred, a deep learning-based method to predict the binding affinity from protein sequences. In addition, we also developed a standalone pipeline to compute all the protein sequence and structure-based features. DeepPPAPred will be helpful to study the protein-protein interactions.
