GBMDriver is a method to classify the driver and passenger mutations in glioblastoma. In this method, we have used specific peptide motifs, conservation scoring schemes, PSSM matrices, physicochemical properties and mutation matrices. This method is completely dependent on protein sequence. This method helps to prioritize driver mutations and hence identify potential therapeutic targets.
