OVERVIEW

MPA-Pred is a webserver to calculate the binding affinity (ΔG in kcal/mol) of membrane protein-protein complexes using different sequence- and structure-based features, and classification based on type of membrane protein and protein function. Our method shows a correlation of 0.91 and a MAE of 0.72 in training, and a correlation of 0.83 and a MAE of 0.91 kcal/mol in jack-knife test.
