TMB Stability predictor is a webserver contains β-barrel membrane protein specific model for predicting stability. This method is developed by a set of β-barrel membrane proteins, which are retrieved from MPTherm database. Each model was validated with different cross-validation procedures and tested against new set of proteins.

This suite of predictive method help to predict the stability for different applications and to elucidate the key factors influencing the stability of membrane proteins.
