The predict page can be accessed from here.

This page takes input of protein-RNA complex and mutation to predict the binding affinity change upon mutation.

Input options:

1. The page has option to enter PDB ID of protein-RNA complex or user can upload their file in PDB format. *
2. User has option to enter the Mutation. Use the format 'chain:wt:position:mutation'.(For eg. A:F51A
   if mutation has to be made in multiple chains at once then use as A-B:H49D). (Eg. Chain ID: A,B)
3. User can also upload the file containing different mutations in the described format (Optional)
