PRA-Pred

Dataset

We constructed the dataset with known 3D structural information from ProNAB database and it used for prediction of protien-RNA complexes binding affinity. Total of 187 complexes were used of the development of the prediction model. The complete data set with details on PDB ID, RNA strand, Strucutral and functional classification of protein, Experimental binding affinity (ΔG) is provided.
