Protein-DNA complex Binding Affinity Prediction		 Protein Bioinformatics Lab

Dataset

We constructed the dataset with known 3D structural information from ProNAB database and it used for prediction of protien-DNA complexes binding affinity. Total of 391 complexes were used of the development of the prediction model. The complete data set with details on PDB ID, Strucutral and functional classification of protein, percentage of binding site residues, Experimental binding affinity (ΔG) and Reference(PubMed ID) is provided.
