OVERVIEW

MPAD is a database on the binding affinity of membrane protein-protein complexes and their mutants, that includes thermodynamic data taken from literature and previously published databases. We currently have 5376 entries on dissociation constant (KD), Gibbs free energy change (ΔG), experimental conditions, sequence, structure, function and literature information. Options to build search query, display, visualize, download and upload the data are among the other features available to users.

Users can search for a specific protein, PDB ID, UniProt ID, mutation, experimental conditions, thermodynamic parameters like KD, ΔG or ΔΔG values for a specific mutation and salient features of membrane proteins like topology, type of pass etc. Users can check our tutorial page for help on searching the database.
