Dataset
We constructed the dataset from ProCaff and ProCarbDB databases and it used for prediction of protien-carbohydrate complexes binding affinity. The complete data set with details on protein name, Sugar Name, Classification of protein and carbohydrate, PDB ID, Interacting chains, Data source, Dissociation constant, Experimental binding affinity (ΔG) and Reference(PubMed ID). It contains totally 389 complexes with training and test dataset.
